    Write a couple of paragraphs about an interesting dream that you have had. Grammar Will and be going to

    (A) Look at these examples:

    Expressing decisions, intentions and plans

    A. Read, discuss and act out the following conversation:

    Sarita:

    Hello Alina, what are you going to do this weekend?

    Alina:

    Hello, I’m going to visit my grandmother. How about you?

    Sarita:

    Well, I still don’t have any plans for the weekend.

    Alina:

    Why don’t you go to a museum?

    Sarita:

    That’s a good idea. But, I have to do my assignments first. Have you done all your assignments?

    Alina:

    No, I haven’t. I’d like to do them this evening.

    Sarita:

    Well, can we do them together?

    Alina:

    Yes, of course.

    Sarita:

    Okay, great. I’ll come to your house at 4 pm then.

    Alina:

    I’ll be waiting for you.

    Keep in Mind

    Decision = somebody has chosen something; firmness in choosing something; a process of choosing

    Intension = meaning of expression; expression of opposed

    Plan = somebody has arranged to do; method of doing something for achieving; intend to do something

    Desire = strong wish for something; request something; strong or craving sexual desire

     

     

    Decision = will + V1

    Intention = going to + V1

    Plan = will be

     

    The intention is stronger than desire.

     

     

    PROJECT WORK

    Work in groups of four. Develop a series of pictures to reflect the lifestyle of Nepali people from different parts of the country and display it in class
