    Tippani

    Tippani is a Devanagari word which means ‘note’ in English.

    Tippani is a written statement on a particulars subject or topic.

    It includes information, related rules and regulations, opinions and suggestions.

    It is prepared by lover level officer to get order from higher level authorities.

    Since it is used to make important decisions; therefore, it should be checked by each authority to ensure the inclusion of all the information and documents.

     

    Definition 

    According to Oxford Dictionary, “Note or tippani is a short piece of writing to help you remember something.”

     

    Objectives of Tippani

    The main objectives of tippani are given below:

    (a) To share present problems of office with executive.

    (b) To involve different level authorities in decision making.

    (c) To get right decision on particulars problems.

    (d) To clear doubtful rules, regulation, policies and plans.

    (e) To create and maintain decision on important problems.

    (f) To provide evidence of all decision made by authorized level.

    (g) To guide the executive to tackle similar problem in future.

    Considerations While Drafting Tippani

    While drafting tippani, following points should be considered:

    (a) A tippani should state the topic and subject clearly.

    (b) It must be according to current rules, regulation and policies.

    (c) It should contain the signature of all related authorities.

    (d) It should be attached related documents serially.

    (e) All the related document should be attested.

    (f) It should be verified by each level officer to conform.

    (g) It should contain authorized signature on each page.

    (h) It should be submitted to authorise level officer to get Yes or No decision.
